Enquiry/Booking Request Form

A booking will not become firm until we have contacted you to confirm availability and received payment of your deposit of £40 per room per night.

Booking Terms and Conditions

• We are unable to accept Credit or Debit Cards. Cheques should be made payable to Martin Carter.
• A deposit of £40 per room per night is payable on booking.
• On departure, the balance can be settled in cash or by cheque supported by a cheque guarantee card.
• You may check in between 4pm and 6pm on the day of arrival. Check out is by 10am on the day of departure. Arrivals outside this time may be possible but only by prior arrangement. We cannot accept arrivals after 10pm under any circumstances 
• We are unable to accommodate pets or children and we are a non-smoking establishment.
• Please take care with our accommodation. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. Please report these as soon as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may send you an invoice for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant
• We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves.
• Any data gathered during the course of this booking may be held on computer. We may contact you to let you know of any offers etc regarding Croft Gate.  Please let us know if you do not wish to be contacted in the future by us.
• Please note we do not accept guests who are attending a wedding or similar event or occasion.

Cancellation

• In the event of cancellation more than 4 weeks prior to the arrival date, the deposit is refundable.
• For cancellation within 4 weeks of the arrival date the full deposit is forfeit unless we are able to re-let the room.  If we are able to do so, we will return a full refund.
• In the unlikely event that we are forced to cancel a booking, all monies paid will be refunded to you and we will endeavour to find similar accommodation in the local area for you should you wish.
